The PC arrived in very badly damaged condition, with the case distorted and the strong, aluminium rear handle nearly snapped off. Clearly, the couriers paid zero attention to the 'FRAGILE' warning tape that was plastered all over the box! The vendor supplied a returns label and has today provided a full refund. A very disappointing purchase, but no fault of the vendor, ergo we would happily trade again. Positive feedback and kudos to you for handling the situation correctly - it is appreciated.
